Start with one pair that lights early: Attention × Frequency. Four housings — up×up, up×down, down×up, down×down — are not abstract quadrants. They are people-shaped, with illustrative weight on early population.

Weights are illustrative, not a universal scoreboard. The craft is title-specific: what “up” means on your events, and which housing you feed or cool first. Hypotheses stay hypotheses — difficulty and tech are questions, not verdicts — until product and live ops test them.

Not their game is an honest miss, not a moral failure of the player. The lasting pool of the service is built from the other housings and from later green ups — not from forcing every install into love.

See the weighted breakdown live in the scroll journey, then come back here for the plain table.
