When populations are named — types, oranges, greens, lit trails, adjacency — product is tested against needs, not against a single KPI. Stage 10 of the hub scroll is the summary of that map, not a new lecture bolted on: what the paths and neighbours already showed, in three moves.

Orange briefs still matter in that summary (impulse, thin return, early spark, loyal light wallet) — they are the opportunity half of the trail legend, not a reason to stall.

Two operational wins when this lands early:

  1. You can still change the product before the deck freezes and live calendar debt piles up.
  2. Later journeys get more predictable — not perfectly, but enough that content, economy, and commercial design work with known shapes.

The close of the journey is not a recipe. It is a question for the room:

Knowing what you know — would you change anything about what you are doing?

How deep AFITMRR™ runs on your events, weights, and cadence is partnership judgment on the title — not a public recipe. Start with the journey hub or the AFITMRR™ scorecard.
