Who we are
Yardstick Games Private Limited runs yardstickgames.com. Contact paul@yardstickgames.com.
What we collect
- Partner Up form. Name, work email, studio or company, stage, the areas you tick, engagement shape, and your message. The notes checkbox is optional and starts unticked.
- Tool forms (business model, economy simulator, synthetic dataset). Work email, studio or company, and on the economy simulator an optional message. The same optional notes checkbox.
- Numbers you type into a tool. Those stay in your browser. They are not sent with the form.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag. Pages load a LinkedIn tag (partner 10576201). A conversion is recorded when the thank-you page loads after the contact form. LinkedIn may set its own cookies.
Why
To reply to you, to unlock the export you asked for, and to send occasional product notes only if you opted in. You can use every form with that box unticked.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms and read by Paul Dutta. Unlock state for a tool is a flag in your browser’s local storage, on that browser only. Ask us if you want the email record deleted.
Your rights
Email paul@yardstickgames.com to access, correct, or delete what we hold, or to withdraw consent for notes. We will do it. This notice is written for visitors in India and in the EU.
What this page is not
The free tools are practice models. They are not advice on your studio’s numbers. Synthetic datasets are simulated. No player personal data belongs on this site.
