What we stand for

Partnership on a live title — not extra tickets

When a game is live, the hard work is not closing tickets. It is keeping player value and business value healthy in the same week — after novelty, through seasons, across bad luck streaks and good campaigns.

That same bar applies earlier: in development, near market test, and while you are still finding fit with real people. Soft launch and first real cohorts teach you what the year model and the loop can actually sustain — partnership is useful then too, not only after the calendar is full of seasons.

That is what we mean by partnership. Not “extra hands on Jira.” Senior product craft inside your team: judgment, rituals, and maps you still own when we leave.

The four drives we work in

Live titles usually need strength in more than one place. We partner across:

If the work stops when a ticket closes, that was delivery support. If the team is stronger after, that was partnership.

Why live games punish generic help

Live games are systems: UA, onboarding, retention, soft currency, gacha, social proof, and content cost all interact. Failure modes look familiar once you have shipped many titles — inflation that feels “generous,” soft-locks that look like “skill,” board plans that need hero retention forever.

Pattern recognition from many games helps; adapting it to your genre, stage, and team is the job.

How engagements can look

Shape flexes: workshop, short term, fixed term, consulting, or longer arc. Often conversation → focused start → deeper term. Limited on purpose when the problem is bounded — senior craft without forcing permanent overhead (grow the game without growing the overhead). See Services and how partnership works.

  1. Reach out — stage, what hurts, what good looks like.
  2. Align — product goals first; domain craft lockstep with the title.
  3. Run — professionally delivered; capability left behind.
